For beginners and freshers it provides a good platform to learn all aspects of the trade. Teammates were good as all were willing to improve for the better. They look for people who are below average or average at best.

Dislikes

Top Management is biased and scared to take bold steps for improvement. Compensation is weak. Work culture is unprofessional. Training is given based on partiality. Head of dept of Quality is especially small minded and does not encourage subordinates to do good work and is hindersome. Ensures all managers in QC leave within 1year. Top management is completely blind and deaf to all this.

HR is not responsible enough. They neither care to provide relieving letter not respond to any emails of phone calls once are out of the company. You need to put lot of efforts to get relieving and experience letters. Management tweak the rules as per their needs and its mostly one sided not in favor of employees. Freshers would get a bad impression about the work culture here since the spoken language used is not encouraging words, sometimes abusing words are being used.

Learning opportunities for fresher only, there is no scope for experienced guys.

Dislikes

No job security, it's a family business. Only family members are authorized to make decisions. New ideaa utilize by management and simply ok for those who are unemployed.
