New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...re of owner of supreme. Many of staff I saw he has been working for a long time. But they don't get good salary. And he has lack of knowledge. He doesn't want to do something creative, he is just satisfy to our work. But I m not satisfying to my work and salary. I'm getting very poor salary after some experience. There is no value of an employee knowledge, l want to so something creatively. And this company, I could not have any growth because of politics. Because my senior is belongs to manager village. An my senior qualification is an only" BA ".But I have done BCA and Mac with computer science. Even then he was not get me noticed. And my senior is always used to get me out from company. That's why I just want to leave. Thanq hope u understand. I am married and u have one baby girls so please help me to find good job. Thanq.
