Where shall i start. This was my first company and my experience was the worst. Worst company in terms of job satisfaction. They expect you to work 24*7 and pay as little as they can. Lots of politics between departments. That Suresh Mantri guy is the worst. As long as you stick your tongue up his a** he is in your favour. If you oppose him he'll complaint about you to the CFO like a little b****. Please avoid working for Supreme Finance department.

The supreme industries limited Guwahati is a learning hub for new comers. Job security is very good. Overall staffs are very friendly. HR policies are fair enough.

Salary is very less for 0-4 years of experience holders.

1- Disregard of Merit 2- Punishing attitude at the appraisal time 3- Discrimination at the Corporate and Plant Level 4- Smaller than penny appraisal 5- No saturday off, although 2 saturdays are off at corporate level 6- Leadership Vision

Growth opportunities is less. Salary is decent. Management didn't care about there employee . No standard are followed.
