Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I am working as an International Marketing Manager since June 2016, I found this great place to work Bosses are pretty good in almost every division. Except packaging division as this is the worst division of Supreme Industries. Carrer growth is very slow but yes job security is there 100% unless you will not do anything illegal or out of Companies code of conduct. Over all Company is wonderful.

Dislikes

Salary structure is below than market & same with the incentives & other compensation. Also there some staff who is working from last 20-25 years they think that company is their own property, however you need to deal with them smartly.
