No skills Weak team work Hr not supportive Late Cheque handover process Customer totally disappointed after taking loan from this company Charge extra from the customers by late fees and panelty in emi Operation and Head office teams are Lazy at upper level They only focus on logins Not giving loans

Working here doesn't feel much good . The more you work the more pressure will be on you but if you make seniors happy then you don't have to work much honestly very experience I felt too much politics here. HR are non responsive.

Nothing to like in this company, management of supreme housing finance company is not thick, employees hathere is no rule of HR, there is no rule of law, any company you are informed first, for everything, don't go to this company, HR is not good absconding or traminating employees without reason 😡

Excellent work environment provided by company and our senior management give advice to improve our work which is useful to us. We have good teammates therefore we can manage any task without any problem

Over all it is good to work in supreme but some time i miss social and physical activities. i think it should be in supreme on monthly basis.
