The new office feels really great. Doesn't feels like Nashik at all. All amenties are given by the company you just have to work hard and prove yourself. All festivals and functions are celebrated but there should be no compromise in work because of those celebrations. Office culture is good too. Talented people work here and valued by the company.

Dislikes

Only saturday is off so just need alternate sunday off for maintaining work life balance and overtime should be considered and compensated.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in The evening and sometimes late into the night

Likes

Teammates were very cooperative and helpful in the learning time. No job security as they diplomaticaly ignore for any documentation. No work-life balance due to long working hours and more working week days.

Dislikes

All over supreme equipments does not care for employee's growth or satisfaction, though they want the employee to give more than 100% for company's benefit.
