There is nothing to like about this company. Company culture is worst, there operation Manager takes decisions about to whom they will pay salary, you can’t trust this company, no solutions will be provided to issues, only performance will monitoring will be done with no support. Product is not serving its purpose for what it is manufactured for. Product quality is worst. Company will force you to work for free. Management is always trying to satisfy there egos. Working hrs are to long morning 8.30 to night ... not fixed. Not recommended to anyone. No fix reporting structure- as per there requirement they will change it.

...completely use less for Indian market. The product is not serving its purpose. Personally I have not received my last one half months salary they have not even paid PF for entire working tenure. When asked for there is no reply from Management. There Oprations Manager creates opinions about you in front of management, he is mostly responsible for most of the people left the organisation,sometimes he takes the decision about paying of salary. They don’t have any SOP’s to run the organisation only ego game is there. I personally advise not to join this organisation. Surprisingly very worst working culture. Don’t expect any support from the management. They don’t accept that there product is not sellable at this moment as its lacks on all the fronts. More than 12 hrs of working start at 8.30 am no timing for closing. June2022 & July 2022 salary is unpaid. Pf is not paid for entire duration. They don’t trust anyone except Oprations Manager.

Supram industries is a place to learn all manufacturing activities as well as new product development. It's a great place to learn each and every process. Managing director is very innovative and sportive person. He will encourage the freshers to learn new concepts as well as to grow professionally. They allow to the freshers in all superior activities illt leads to learn each and every concept.

Company provides good opportunity to learn different mechanical,industrial,manufacturing technologies, have a great opportunity to work in different departments which can improve your skills day by day.

work timings may exceed 10 hrs some times, it becomes hectic in the initial stage as a fresher and in mechanical industry working beyond 10 hrs is bit difficult, if you take it as a challenge then you can survive.
