...h supportive and friendly in nature. Overall my experience is good in Supertech. Appraisals are fair and you will get a good salary hike here and a bonus every year. It is pleasure to gain knowledge from seniors and it is my good luck that i am working with the fabulous team who supports me, guides me and corrects me. Supertech ensure their employees have a good time while working. I like the current work culture in which i am working but it can very based on team or project.

Need to meet with the deadline on time, No formal training session

Company is old and in recent past they delivered good quality real estate projects to the satisfaction of end users.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow . The good work is not appreciated so interpersonal relationship is poor.

Likes

Only salary comes on time. This is the only plus point.

Dislikes

No Trainings, No Learnings, No Work life balance. There are multiple whatsapp groups (more than 50 at my time) and I hate One message "Good Morning.... Update !!!" in the every morning around 6:30 AM. No body needs to set a alarm to wake up.

Salary was deferred initially, which has been taken care of now. Even though the industry is going through a tough phase, the company has managed not only to stay afloat, but also to support the employees.

Dislikes

There is minimal pressure, and that can really hurt someone who is very ambitious. I, for example, came from an agency and was used to firefighting. However, work is happening at a slow pace currently, which a person can change for himself/herself. It is important to ensure that you do not slip into your comfort zone and make space for yourself if you're an overperformer.

...employee in lockdown. Even they didn't provide salaries from March to till date. Also they deducted February month salary as all knows February month was fully working and mailed to employees they will pay rest salary in secciding month but they didn't provided till date. (15-jun).

Dislikes

...any employee to work from home. As per their work culture it could not possible. They just focus to deduct employees salary instead of change their working style.
