Dear Naukri.com Team, My experience with Supershine Laundry Systems Pvt LTD. Is really Terrible in my Carrier, I was never expected like this type of company existing in Gurgaon, there is no working culture, No sitting arrangements, Not a proper place where u can take your Lunch, No matter's of senior how to talk with there Juniors, the major thing was 0% Job security. In my job period from 6th Dec' 2017 to 2nd Jan'2019 there was 17 employee's given resignation/ Terminated even without notice in a single day. Really that was terrible. I am just suggesting to to every consulting company please don't refer anyone/employee's for interview in supershine. It's my humble request from you. Thanks

While I am talking about the teammates there is no intention of people to work as a team. If someone wants the upper management don't like this why they people work together and why they are talking with his coligu. There is No Job security even 2 Months. Career growth never be there, no one get there salary appraisal because they left before 1year so, salary appraisal is irrelevant topic in supershine it is a joke actually. There is one thing strong only politics and 'WO BHI GANDI WALI'. There is no innovation, work life they don't know even they don't want to improve also.

Worst company I have ever seen. No Job Security. Hiring and Firing are done instantly. Working atmosphere is worst and full of politics. No salary increment and carrier growth. Don't go in this company.
