...eryone and take learning from them and ask to leave without giving any notice. There is no job security and the pay scale is pathetic. If they want you to join they agree on all t&c,soom the guy joins them every commitment made become forgotten stories.

There is nothing good about super house. No Job Security. No salary increments in company. Too much politics. You will be fired without any notice at any instance.

There is nothing good about super house. The are just like workshop attitude. Too much politics. Worst work culture. You will be fired at any instance without any prior notice. No appraisals, no promotions. They just exploit people till they need them.

Some senior employee are fraud just like Mr.Iqbal Hussain. He is the biggest lier. Never believe on his wordings in case of salary. He is fraud person. I have never seen such person in my life. Be aware such type of people in the company.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
