Some senior employee are fraud just like Mr.Iqbal Hussain. He is the biggest lier. Never believe on his wordings in case of salary. He is fraud person. I have never seen such person in my life. Be aware such type of people in the company.

The only thing I dislike about this firm is their high production attitude and even not providing any facilities to workers.

...and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is not transparent. Company policies are not good appraisal are not fair and they are not give good salary hike and no bonus every year.
