Terrible place to work if you identify yourself as an artist, your artistic vision will die in one month

Only thing good about this company is that its is remote work, other than this there is nothing good.

Dislikes

There is no management you will get fired randomly for any random made up reason. Doesn’t matter how hard you work or how long you have worked if you are working late for the company you will never get noticed for that but if you are good friends of people from management team you will get different treatment. No planning regarding how and what are we gonna do about the project but you will 100% get the unwanted work pressure which will always be delayed by the management for not planning it earlier.

I joined there because it was wfh .I rejected two different job offers before that .They just layed off before completion of probation period .I was all planned .

It might be wfh but they made sure to made us work -10hr a day .so you know.
