Well, you won't face issues at 1st, but once you have crossed 6months plus, then it will be difficult. you will be contacted to work on holidays. You will be targeted for unnecessary things, and eventually pressurized to quit once you have settled the process for smooth run.

Nothing to like here, worst company ever, So much of Politics, HR is the worst (Bhagyashree). She is behind the employees to terminate them. Only benefit is WFH.

Everything, literally everything here is dislikes, they throw employee whenever they want that too immediately without giving any notice period or anything. They will get all their work done and then they will like that you are not working properly in this company worst team mates ever. Manager - Udbhava Mishra and Another Cringe Person - Akhil Bhanushali they both are the worst in E-Commerce Team. The Company Culture is so toxic here, If you are looking for a job in E-Commerce please don't join this company as the managers of this team are worst than you will ever see. Akhil who don't have any knowledge of E-Commerce is the manager, and he will just keep on disturbing you in your 9-6 working hours, he will call you message you every half an hour and keep on giving you work and will ask everything on priority. He is such a worst person anyone could see. He is the one in E-Commerce who will tell HR to terminates people from E-Commerce Team. There was a complete lack of vision for the E-Commerce Department. Udbhava and Akhil are bestfriends they roast every employee of E-Commerce Team. Even the HR is worst here. I do not recommend this company to anyone who values the structured, supportive, and healthy work environment. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! THINK THRICE BEFORE JOINING THE COMPANY. Everything will work well in first 2 months then you will see the worst things of this company.

Very bad company envorment to work. They ask to work 13 to 14 hours after saying 8 hours job. No one knows what to do, if you ask any query to senior person or manager they run away from it. Don't join this company at any cost and save your valuable time. They ask to stay at home even when it is holiday on Saturday-Sunday.

Everything, they throw the employee whenever they want immediately without giving any time to look another Job and say today is your LWD which is very unacceptable . salary appraisal is also very less. Never ever work here employment is like a game for CEO of company .
