There is no growth of the company but why ? I am saying you the truth as the person who are capable of having good salary they are getting less and who are less capable they are getting more. So where is the skill and where will be the growth. Obviously a less capable of person is the ultimate waste for the company articles.

*Very Bad Salary structure for experienced & long time working employees hence no growth here *No Promotion criteria, it's management monopoly. *No job security here. *Bad company culture *Never increment on time *No work satisfaction *It's aim is to join freshers with low salary packages and promote him to develop his skill.

Annoying Co-workers. Long hours. Low Pay. Management.

Salary on time, Canteen facility, Job is secure jab tak mann lga k kaam kr rahe ho,, Ab kaam hi ni kroge to kahi v security ni milega. Yearly increment is sure it may late but it will.

Yearly increament is not on time,,

Company is good. It maintains ISO standards and works to maintain equipments life and SOP's. It also tries to maintain spares availability.

Dislikes

Salary isn't satisfactory. The security & HR department is rude.
