The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. ...ment and that I consider the biggest plus point of this company and its' people. Also, facilities are very good and I earn a lot of money towards very generous overtime payment that these people do month after month. Also, outstation allowances and lunch / dinner allowances are very generous. If we have to sometime work on a holiday or weekly off they pay almost two and half times the normal pay and that is really well.

...to talk to employees They scream on top of their voices showing their standard They take your documents and never give back unless you pay them They post big job profile openings online but make everyone do sales Don't go by the fake review submitted showing all good about the company. All the good reviews are posted by them only. Pathetic work environment and culture There are no benefits for employees. No maternity no Mediclaim nothing, no transportation no incentive nothing. They make fake commitments and promises at interview to attract good candidates. Once the person joins and signs a 2yr contract they torture the individual untill he leaves.

This company has human approach to HR. They have this CSR fund to help employees for educational and health purpose for themselves or for their blood relations either as soft loans or financial help. I was benefited by this because I needed some financial assistance for my brother's higher education that was given to me. Now my brother is successfully in his career thanks to this company's liberal HR policies. Also my learning curve was quite steep here compared to my previous organization and I was given free hand in making decisions that has helped me achieving my sales targets handsomely thereby earning a lot of accolades and annual rewards and regular / extra incentives. Professionally and financially, my journey here has been quite rewarding and satisfying.

In about four years of my tenure here, my professional value enhanced in the Accounting and Finance industry manifolds thanks to the opportunity I could have in trying my hands on various aspects like GST, direct tax practice, finalisation of accounts and ROC compliance work. I also learned advanced use of Excel and other IT tools for MIS purpose. My confidence level has risen manifolds. When I joined I was just about 1.5 years experienced but now I have added not just 4 years I spent here but much more by way of knowledge and rich experience. Ample opportunities for hard-working aspirants here.

Dislikes

Hard work and lots of sense of responsibility required to work here are, if you want to call it dislikes otherwise pretty much okay. HR Staff needs to be strengthened and attendance policies may include a bit of flexibility in timing, work-from-home for females like me after pregnancy and holiday calendar.

Now four years of my association with this company (joined them at executive level with two promotions in four years) and they have delivered to me consistently in every way I could have grown financially and professionally. Last Diwali festive season has been great for me as I have received regular sales incentives with two other substantial payments (Diwali bonus and as company has completed 3 decades, they have come out with 3-decade incentives for people over 3 years tenure which is one percent of total sales done by me in my entire tenure). This has been very helpful for me at this time because me and my husband are having big ticket expenses around the corner. Two promotions in 4 years also is satisfying. Now I am handling sales one entire SBU in their SBU structure. They are two generations in the management old and young and that is very helpful for interactions on various subject matters more suited to a specific age group. For females this is one great place to work as it is family managed and more female staff around with good facilities.

Dislikes

Many times HR staff is not time-bound in HR transactions. They need to be more pro-active and time-bound in their commitments.
