...nd work culture good, teammate are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

No job security, work culture has nepotism, relative friendly, there are policy but has no use. They only when you resign.But good to get knowledge about working of assembly process of smartphone battery .

Pramotion & salary increase only for friends & relatives. Managers has very less knowledge about process or tech as they only hire people with reference.
