It's one man driven organization with individual growth zero transparency with sales team in terms of their salary and incentives, Worst working culture have ever been specially the HR's they are goons who are just trapping the good resources and manipulates them with 0 clarity. I advice you to think 100 times before you join.

I don't see anything best as of now but One thigh is they celebrate every festivals, and team bonding are there.

1) In this company there is not growth. 2) Talking about the job Security specially to Muslims Candidates they are not talking as a pay role In Fact I was the First Muslim Girl in this Company. 3)In COVID - 19 I don't may be management is living on another planet they are pressuring about our targets and Now They can't afford me therefore they are asking me to leave 4) And If we are not doing our target there are not providing as week off 5) And even they are asking to work 11 - 12 hours daily and Not providing us Overtime also,There were taking the advantage of this COVID - 19 Because they know nobody will get job at this moment.

Work Culture is average. Salary and other benefits are below average. People dont get paid for the skills they posess.

Salary and Appraisals are on time. Great team to work with. Management is very supportive.
