Inflation is so high, and the salary is less it’s been more than a year now but it has been increased by ₹1000/- and in that also i get ₹800/-

Some people are friendly but TL and other seniors are taking under pressure all the employee.

HR apko Noida office k lie bolkar hire krnge kyuki wha salary 13k,15k de jati hai or Delhi ka scale min. 18k hai, they will make completely foolish to people, and 2-3 bar trial k liye bulaynge, pta nhi kha se aate hai aise log

...cervical problems and they sent me on unpaid leave saying that it was of no use. Or this message started circulating in the Skype group of every seniors that by targeting high salary people, I came to know that these people are targeting high salary people. Then suddenly one day I got a call saying that the work, has been done but there is a condition that you have to reduce your salary by 10000 or I denied, then pressure started coming from HR to resign. Finally I resigned.

Increment is mere 5-8% yearly No scope of growth No job security- once you reach a certain salary you will be fire by one way or another Team leaders are pain in s Beg for leaves even if approve one have to do all the work in advance

Honestly speaking the working environment that I'll be enjoy with my colleagues. We all do fun also when we work together.

Salary increament because according to our work I'll deserve good salary increament because also doing overtime also in this company when I'll be worked there. More of the projects I'll do Or I'll be handle alone and still thinking that for this I'll get better increament. Also the work pressure on me on that time but still there is no good response come back from the company.
