Yah it's company best for the Freshers if he just completed there 12th and they want a job for some issues and they do not no any thing. They can join this company if they have average typing and they now some basic of computer.

In this there is no growth and not give you a good salary and no increment on time it will take a time of 1.5 years for the increment and to be on the payroll.

Inflation is so high, and the salary is less it’s been more than a year now but it has been increased by ₹1000/- and in that also i get ₹800/-

HR apko Noida office k lie bolkar hire krnge kyuki wha salary 13k,15k de jati hai or Delhi ka scale min. 18k hai, they will make completely foolish to people, and 2-3 bar trial k liye bulaynge, pta nhi kha se aate hai aise log

...cervical problems and they sent me on unpaid leave saying that it was of no use. Or this message started circulating in the Skype group of every seniors that by targeting high salary people, I came to know that these people are targeting high salary people. Then suddenly one day I got a call saying that the work, has been done but there is a condition that you have to reduce your salary by 10000 or I denied, then pressure started coming from HR to resign. Finally I resigned.

Increment is mere 5-8% yearly No scope of growth No job security- once you reach a certain salary you will be fire by one way or another Team leaders are pain in s Beg for leaves even if approve one have to do all the work in advance
