No any strong policy regarding Quality OR Safety 5. Management is not too much interested to enhance safety culture at site. 6. No any new thing thing and system for learning specially in Safety 7. Management is not think on up gradation of policies, system and technology. 8. Site is situated at very remote location, difficult to approach

If you are excellent at your work this workplace is not for you. Reason owner of company not monitoring you whether you work in discipline or not. You will not get what you deserve at the end of year but you get what other got. No permeant peon Horrible quality of tea.
