1. Top Management does not have clear vision about where they want to take organization 2. Machinery and system is too old. 3. Most of machinery is outdated 4. No any strong policy regarding Quality OR Safety 5. Management is not too much interested to enhance safety culture at site. 6. No any new thing thing and system for learning specially in Safety 7. Management is not think on up gradation of policies, system and technology. 8. Site is situated at very remote location, difficult to approach

Nothing for like, because company can fire you any time within 24 hour notice. You can not argument with them . There is no future planing . Company shows you they have lot of demand. But end of the month production will only 20%.

Dislikes

No Job security , company can fire you any time. HR policy is worst. Extend Salary nothing is added in other benifits. After that If you want to come in suntara . Welcome to hell my friend.

If you are excellent at your work this workplace is not for you. Reason owner of company not monitoring you whether you work in discipline or not. You will not get what you deserve at the end of year but you get what other got. No permeant peon Horrible quality of tea.

No benifit and no policy from the company as they didn't give the basic necessities like medical insurance as it is also been deducted from us only
