...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Some partialities and credits given to particular or I can say favourite employees can be avoided to make from the management to make sure the other employee serves long in the Organization.

Management is great. They are very good in skills and professionalism . They are always ready to help the employee both professionally and personally. They are among the best people.

Dislikes

Company is Great and now management has no time to deal with all the employees and HOD of engineering is doing his monopoly. That is why Design & Engineering team is worst, HOD generally come to office in second half and expect the punctual employee to work till late night with him. If you resist he degrade your KRA & behave you very poorly and cut all your increment and variables. After he joined the company, Six old employees resigned and leave the team. And when you resign and join new company HOD of design team never give reply to the verification mail. You can join any team, all teams HOD is best except design & Engineering team. It's worst.

Excellent young energetic team with open work culture. All are free to express there innovations and the best part is seniors listen to the same and appreciate. This approach in companies are missing now a days.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is bit low . 6 day working with ample of projects running in a single time.
