Right now environment is good. If you want to take chalange you have opportunity. Lots of gap you can take it chalange, top management very much supportive. You have good option to close top management no hidden things is there, you can learn all aspects if you have potential. If you join in lower middle management you can also close to top management that is very good.

Non systematic, still system to be developed, everything happens in haphazard manner.

In sunstar precision forge the think which I don't like is , that they don't have any rules and regulations and if they have then aslo most are not followed , the company doesn't much provide safety equipments , they'll say that bring your own.
