Working hours are 9 hours that should be less. Only 8 hours per day

Good for learning, balance work life, ontime salary and expanses, on time good apprisal, management is very supportive in all matter, don't compromise in safety and quality.

Too hard EHS policy implementation.

I like about SunSource Energy is the co founder and ceo is too good . They are very helpful and everyone can easily walk to their cabin easily . This is the best culture in the sunsource as company is following open work culture for everyone including ceo and co founder.Company policies is need to be strenghten as company is growing.

...e designation , so they needs to benchmark the salaries as per market standards. Due to this people having slow growth and move out from organization to raise their salary.

Likes

Good teammates and also all the staff is very skillful and always ready to help. Working under sunsource-energy team started as a fresher But they don't feel that I am new or inexperienced, my teammates ready to help always. It's my first job and as a employer I learned so much in this firm.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Superiors shows their senrioty sometimes and don't value your efforts.

Likes

Personally I had a great boss and senior mentors which made the experience very comfortable and smooth. The people are all cool and respectful.

Dislikes

I would say that due to the nature of work, there is slow progress from the view of a fresher but indirectly, there is a lot of learning about the industry and administrative work involved.
