Dislikes

1.) HR Policies are not good. 2.) You have to pay gross salary instead of Basic in case of serving short notice period. 3.) You will not get 6 Months performance pay after resigning. 4.) They hold your full salary for (notice period duration) plus the existing month in which you have resigned.

Likes

It's simple a heaven for passionate solar engineers. Management is very supportive and the environment is positive as compared to industry. One of the best companies.

Dislikes

Leaves approval needs to be taken a month before. It's a lean company hence, communication on leaves is taken seriously.
