...o stress in this organization and very satisfied to work in this organization.and work timing are manageable, salary as same in the hospital industry ,delay in salaries, and rest the same as like corporate hospital.

Salary late, and biometric issues like if u late for 10mins the salary will deducted as fine, no salary increments if u for year also the salary will be the same.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...g politician who plays with other departments. They only demotivate their staff. I got promoted 4 times but salary was same and on paper designation was same.. HR is worst here for each and every situation they create their own policy. If you ask them to show those policies they'll be like why should we show our organization's policies to you.. i mean what is this nonsense? I'm the employee here i have right to know.. but people keep quite because they are the one handling our salaries. I was sooooo stressed and under pressure heading a department on a executive level salary I'm not saying this because I want revenge or any personal grudges on this hospital. I respect everyone there All my colleagues, seniors and juniors. Just wanted to say that if you keep your employees happy they'll work with their heart then you'll not get any complaints from patients. If you don't keep them happy there will be no proper work and you'll get complaints, bad remarks. Good luck 😁🤞🏻

Only salary cycle is late like nearly 6th or 7th of every month salary done. salary should be done on 1st of every month

To work this organization is good to improve knowledge and communication skills to gain knowledge.because working shifts in all areas for example discharges, insurance ,and admissions to get grip of knowledge.

..., for employees reliving times not correct if we work extra time there is no OT.from management , if we comming l5 to 10 mints late to office half day salary cut.
