One of the worst company ever. No HR policy. Salary always delayed. Appraisal are done without any process. Manager level peoples are low in professional skills and they always pressurize juniors. Those who want to waste their life can join.

Company's Culture is pathetic. Salary get delay for 2-3 months. Employee don't get opportunity to learn new things. Increment is base on 2 criteria either you should be a girl or you should be relative of senior employee in the management.
