... .They dont know who to talk with ur senoirs The owners are very cheap persons They didnt give salary on tym even thy give salary after the 2-3 months or 6 momths and after that only one month salary given No discipline at all Only money digger peoples r in this hospital

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work culture and good work-life balance. Good flexibility in working hours and patterns. Supportive team-mates. Good inter-departmental co-ordination and helpful nature of colleagues and staff. Very patient friendly.

Dislikes

Can improve on growth of certain departments as there is potential for the same. Also, appraisals should be honoured as per contract and salary should be timely.

Sunrise is now changing and on the way to be a complete Professional Institution, especially with changes in overall culture, employee satisfaction, Learning and Development. a very challenging atmosphere abd brings out the best in you. Infrastructure and other facilities are being revamped and is striving to provide good facilities to its patrons

Dislikes

Few senior members who are not receptive to change and growth. Slow upgradation from a medical perspective and not so professional nursing and billing teams is the challenge, but we hope it will all change in a few months
