Job security is really good and most of all there was no salary deduction through out the whole lock down period till now. The other thing till now we are working from home peacefully. There was no pressure to come in the school throughout the whole lockdown period even in unlock period also.

Dislikes

Salary increment should be there in a sufficient amount every year and for every teacher there should be a salary scale.

Likes

Only the working hours that is 6 hours a day.

Dislikes

The mid section coordinator is worst, no manner of talking she have to the fellowship teachers.. the higher secondary coordinator know well to colour shame. Work culture is very bad with the quality of student. Everyday there was a frustration for me. They have provisional period of long 2 years.

The aim of my Institute is to provide a better knowledge to students with updated technology. The members of my team are quite supportive and responsibile. As a result, I can able to manage the work and I am trying to make our future much responsible through our hardwork.

Dislikes

Every work has some or the other drawback. And as making the future of students is our aim , so we have to move on and face every difficulty bravely.
