I like the people in SunPower, my teammates, the production people and the management. Also i liked the training that SunPower given to us not only for the support group but the whole employee of SunPower, I can say that I become a better person because of SunPower. And next the most I liked is the benefits- 1st is the HMO including my parents. 2nd is the subsidy every month, 3rd is the leave conversion 4th is the comfortable shuttle 5th is the company event (family day, Christmas Party, EHS Day and etc. ) 6th is the voice of the customer or the employees in SunPower 7th is the travel 8th is the Work life Balance - I love my work schedule in SunPower, 9nth the Coop and gymnasium and Last is the Safety that we have in SunPower.

Sunpower Phils.is more about innovation. Mission is living in safer environment. Salary/appraisal I can say it’s good every employee deserve the appraisal they give. Work life balance is absolutely great ..you can easily balance family and work because of the work schedules. As I work in a solar company I learn many process that we actually do in every day living.the culture environment that I experience is good no discrimination. All of us have the right to do what will do better in ourselves and in the company.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
