Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Nice and cozy facilities but terrible salary. Free transport but driver will drop you in the middle of the road.

Dislikes

...yone has their own selfish agendas. Management is very unsupportive and selfish. Management dont want you to grow and learn because they're afraid if you will grow you might take this reason to ask for high salary or they're afraid you will leave them. Employees are hard headed and one sided ear management at the same time. Management will not listen on your suggestion. Entirely staffs are mostly has one nationalities only and most of them are discriminator to other nationalities. No future.
