Nothing to like about this Company. They treat employee as labours.

Dislikes

...fixed working hours. You go home by 7 or 8 or 9 or 10 or 11 PM. No fixed timing. They will call you on saturday/sunday and they won't pay anything for that. They are cheap and abusive. Team leaders are spammers. Always doing chitchat while freshers are breaking their backs to meet the deadlines. Overall the experience was horrific and worst kind of nightmare.

Very toxic environment and very strict rules about using mobile phones. They called us every Saturday and did not even pay also they cut out holidays. Seniors are very abus

the company is open to innovation and readily adopt altest technology.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

Ceo of the company is good, finance manager and IT team is very helpful.

Dislikes

Manager, project coordinator is taking care of the business and all the departments, they overrule others and all they do is chit chat and talk bad behind good people working in the company. The overall environment for somebody who is loyal, enthusiastic, workaholic cannot adjust with the people like them. Hr manager is not familiar of people management and rules and regulations of the company.

The company is growing/expanding and in coming years there is going be huge demand and Sunovatech will become the best place to work and it will add value to my experience and my resume. also company is expanding, celebrates each and every occasion like a family weather it is any festival, fun activities or new exciting announcements.

Dislikes

there is nothing which i dislike about the company just adding suggestions 1. We should start conducting upskill and cross training sessions for the existing employees by calling them early to work so the actual work doesn't get impacted.
