Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

...ong history of hire & fire on whims as its self-obsessed maniac house of horror. They didn't pay my salary/dues for no reason I followed it up with the CEO for a while thereafter I gave up thinking as charity for their coffin. I'm rather shocked that Toyota hasn't taken a note of it because its quite well known to witness a coercive & autocratic work this place. Management uses highly abusive language, intimidation with a lot howling in hooligans style.

Dislikes

The horrible idea of joining it without proper check.

Lower management and staff are supportive. That's it. Nothing to add. Everything else will be a lie.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

...very way. Incentives from Toyota and bank payouts get eaten by upper management. Hard work by sales officers and good pay to chair breakers. Do not waste you time here, find some other job.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
