The company is very unprofessional and no respect for employees ... they underpay and don expect to be corrected even if wrong or behind industry standards... With daily threats of job loss it's pretty ridiculous work environment which works only if you behave less able and talented then the senior ... the problem is they don understand nor adapt to changing market conditions and don take any feedback positively

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
