I'm exposed to new challenges on a regular basis which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment with my other colleagues and especially our clients. I do feel that everyday is a new learning experience for me. Overall it helps boosts my productivity and makes my days enjoyable.

Dislikes

Well in general there's nothing to dislike in my experience, but if certain additional benefits are introduced / implemented in the near future, for e.g. "MVE" Award or "Leave encashment Policy" would really boost the morale of every employee.

SUNIX AI is a very good company to work with. Especially our CEO, sir, who supports all his employees and has a very friendly nature. Also, work-life balance is there. It's a very good place to upgrade your skills with them all. Also, it has a very good and friendly atmosphere. All colleges. are very helpful to all. After quite about 1,8 years of working, I am very happy to have a place like that. It's a good place to work and make yourself upskilled.

I do not have such a dislike for Sunix AI Pvt. Ltd. I am a happy worker here.
