I recently completed my CA Articleship with Sunil Sandeep & Co. and I am moderately happier with my experience. The supervisors and senior colleagues were incredibly supportive and provided valuable guidance throughout my training. The work was challenging but also very rewarding, and I feel like I've learnt a lot during my articleship there I have worked in field of Virtual CFO, Audit & Assurance and Project Finance. The firm also provided great opportunities for professional development. I got a more exposure and all this because of firm given all the opportunities. I would like to recommend firm to anyone looking to complete their articleship.

I have been working since last 3 years as a CA , having experience of working in the field of Virtual CFO,Audit , Project Finance. I have learned a lot during this period. I have received opportunities to work independently.The working atmosphere is good and lot of scope of learning.Partners/teammates are supportive.

The teammates & juniors at the firm were really great. Always keen to learn new things. Work culture was good once upon a time. Nice work-life balance, if you're single.

Very much politics by the partners to break bonds between the colleagues. The firm does not care about the learning of the interns and graduate staff. Appraisals are pretty low even for the deserving candidates who has outperformed in each & every areas. False ideology & double standards. Everyone who does not see eye to eye with the management's decision is a bad person in the management's eye. Very bad leaving procedures. Delayed clearance of pending dues of ex-employees. Does not maintain good relations with all most all the ex-members. No bonuses or incentives for extraordinary work, not even proper publical acknowledgement of such work. Only saying, no doing. Plus, they want you to work for 10 to 12 hours on daily basis.

Teammates were really great.Work culture was very good. Firm believes in 'Happy organisation' . They want to grow but not at cost of Happiness. They provide equal opportunities to all. Best place for work.
