This company is very good, I've learned everything I know from here. When I joined, I was only 10% knowledgeable, but as I worked, I learned how to do my job. The office environment is great, and all the employees are very supportive, except for a few. It's a very safe place for girls, I haven't found any other company like it. There's a lot to learn here. Our director is a bit short-tempered, but he's a great person. He explains everything in detail, and if you ask him something ten times, he'll explain it ten times. I've never seen a director like him who works like an employee in his own company. I've learned a lot from him.

Everything is fine here, but there are some drawbacks: - Old employees don't get the respect they deserve. - Old employees should be promoted because they know all the work and can do even better after promotion. - The company withholds employees' salaries if the work is not completed, which is not right. Most people live on rent and have monthly installments, children's fees, and other needs. I think this issue should be improved, because an employee works in a company understanding their own job and giving their 100%. If they are treated like this, it feels very bad. Although this hasn't happened to me, it has happened to my colleague.
