Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Work life balance is good. Bosses are quite understanding and helpful. Takes feedback from RMs.

Company is very conservative with respect to appraisal and bonus payout. They are not very flexible with brokerage payout. They are not well connected or recall of the brand is very poor (Atleast in Kolkata)

EXTREME POLITICS AND CASTE BIASED. NO PROCESSES OR PROPER MANAGEMENT. WORK PRESSURE NO RECOGNITION GOOD APPRAISALS FOR BUTTERING PEOPLE ONLY. WORST PLACE TO HAVE IT AS A PART OF YOUR CAREER. JUST AVOID IT YOU WILL BECOME A ZERO N STAGNANT AND NO GROWTH

The time of Covid - 19 is very difficult for me. The company allowed to go after 2 O Clock but the does not allow to go home, he told me to go only after 6 O Clock.This was very punishable for me .The office is about 25 km from my house.Every day when I get home it is 9 oO clock .
