The training & job security offered are good. That too training is being conducted by the Franchisee

...hould forget his faster career growth & they won’t teach any outside happenings. Company will be very good if proper training arrangements & slight higher salary increments. From my opinion, Sundaram motors is just a place to gain experience in short time & should leave place immediately.

Its a very Good company for freshers to learn more, There will be no ego, Everyone here will help you,teach many new things,regarding New updation in field Its one of the most Reputed company with very good management, work culture.

Only drawback you face here is your salary package, As a fresher u get fair salary package But you can learn many things with Kind staffs support.

Lot of elderly staff (avg age 50+). No room for innovation/creativity/modern thinking. Laid back processes. Technology averse organization. Remuneration not on par with market / skills. No recognition for skilled/qualified manpower. Poor growth opportunities. Not the perfect workplace for go-getters/millenials/qualified.

No job security they can send u at any cost....too many politics.....they won't make u permanently candidate will say after 6 months will b permanent but not at all...no salary hike.. unwanted deduction from salary..
