working in 3rd party pay roll after working in madras auto service as a branch manager i don't like no one giving proper answer from 'HO' .travels expanse not clear in time. after going to branch as TVS Rubber sales executive. No branch manager responded proper lot's of issues .

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.compnay policies are good , appraisals are Fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but career growth is low

Work life balance will be good as after working hours there will not be any office work/ meetings/Calls. Job security will be good as even if less order there will not be any layoff.

Dislikes

Business growth is not good as marketing performance is very poor and they could not bring any orders with good volume in defence textile. Our main Portfolio is Defence only but number of orders per years is very very less. And salary will not be good here for engineering graduates. Top management employees only getting salary in Lakhs.

Iam working in solid tyre production department,good working atmosphere, the management taking serious about our skills development because our growth is company growth. They gave full support for all our needness in office and good guidlines for our improvements.

A systematic admin system and defined roles and responsibilities. Excellent superior officers to guide.

Most of the team was aged persons who give very old ideas and there is no control over the Operators.
