Giving unreasonable Target and saying some stupid like you are inefficient ,useless and Elon Musk works more hours things to complete the same. Makes us to do work hurriedly and output comes as a mistake and complains us for the same. Gets pissed off when constructive criticism is given. Never understands things when client doesn't give information, unnecessarily pushing us to get information. Always proves chain of command.

The atmosphere is very friendly which enables learning the industry on the whole apart from role. Freedom to voice out our opinion. Very genuine. Understands employees problem from employee's perspective.

Good organization. MD and promoters are good

The HR team is pathetic. Arrogant, so full of themselves. The CHRO spends all his time outside of office preaching about best HR practices to outsiders, not having a clue that the function is broken in his own organisation. Comes to office once in a month.

There is lot of cheap politics as most the marketing Guys are not qualified n they are either relative or previous knows. No growth if not pampered reporting boss and heads
