The thing which I liked is lost, the USP of Sundaram is gone, no value for talent, only favourism works here. The atmosphere has worsened in the last 4 years and is going to be worse in the coming days too.

Favourism, no value of talent, no motivations, very late promotions and miniscule salary hikes

Job security, family based environment and sundaram values that existed in past.

Transfer to other deparments without discussion, slow promotions, Employee unfriendly salary structures, NO time for family.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This is like a gurukulam where we can learn end to end process in accounting. Give lot of exposures from bottom to top. Employee are not just colleguge they will be like a family member.

Slow growth in terms of compensation.
