Good Team work, Focused on developing individuals, organisations leaders has good knowledge on plastic injection moulding,painting through systematic approach. System driven organisation

Too many person in top management which leads to make delay in decision. Salary package not matches the market rate for long stayed person.

Average company basic salary 16,000. They will deduct Accommodation (1000) and food.OT will be there. Increment(1000) for each year if you apply for ACT certificate.There is no increament after tree years of joining.You can learn basic CNC machining knowledge. They will treat engineering students and diploma in same category. Working roles also same for engineering and diploma students. But work pressure will be there. Average food. Not suitable if you like good lifestyle because it is located in a hiway village. There is lot of North peoples.
