They will treat engineering students and diploma in same category. Working roles also same for engineering and diploma students. But work pressure will be there. Average food. Not suitable if you like good lifestyle because it is located in a hiway village. There is lot of North peoples.

compensation is decent , but growth is slow . the pressure is very high . there is on job training for fresher's hence seniors folks me have to guide them step by step , which is pain some tims
