Its disheartening to find oneself trapped in a work environment devoid of security, flexibility and basic respect. My recent tenure at Sunbrilo has been a journey with disillusionment. One of the most glaring issues at Sunbrilo is the complete lack of job security. There's a perpetual cloud of uncertainty looming over every employee. Layoffs and arbitrary terminations are far too common, creating an atmosphere of constant anxiety and fear. The workweek is a grueling marathon, extending from monday to saturday with unforgiving puntuality.
