Dislikes

... no value of words either from the head of the institution or any administrator. And before joining, I request everyone to clarify regarding the salary structure and the mode of payment and if possible take in writing.

Likes

They used me for two years 2006-2008 @8500₹/month. They didn’t pay pf money They are full of faces on the issue of salary,they don’t pay,what they advertise in job notice in newspapers

Dislikes

They don’t pay the salary,advertised in job notices in newspapers you’re always highly insecure in terms of job. Unnecessary stay back is a regular hurdle if you’re running your own classes

The thing that I liked the most about Sunbeam was that it never made me feel as I was a fresher , I was not only given chance for everything I knew, to explore my talent and implement my ideas freely but also when I did mistakes I was shown the correct way to do it. This is what is not available everywhere.

Dislikes

Too many activities were included in a day , which diverted the minds of student's. I think there must be a day for each sports or extra curriculars. When all things come together in a day it exhaust student's and this ultimately effects the studies ,which is ofcourse the main agenda of school.

Those who work least are respected in front of them, they are maligned behind their back, it means every authority is just pretending to use the employee. No management person is adopting real nature

Likes

The school provides best for its students and staff. It gives exposure to the students and teachers which helps them develop their confidence, enhance their decision making skills and time management.

Dislikes

As I have worked at Sunbeam School Varuna for three years, I have developed lots of skills and became one of the best teacher there. So, I don’t find anything to dislike there.
