There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 3 years 5 months before which you cannot resign.

As a support Function roles like HR Admin Finance.. The shift is general shift. 9 to 6pm. You can leave office dot at 6. No one will question us. The work life balance is very good. They give very average food for RS 360/yr. You get to meet high level of media ppl. Office is very clean and tidy. Good Ambience but corrupted ppl around you. Office is at prime location in the city.

Dislikes

...top level of ppl. No timely payment of salaries and incentives as they promise. Salary is only on 5th of every month.

...but company in terms of my career. It has given me ample of experiences in life. A company with the best ambience to work, prompt payment of salary and job security as well.
