Great HQ good trainning! And nice people in HQ Nothing To Be Liked When you are posted in your area, (HOWRAH -SUN -MAXXIM) Cuz being an fresher I joined and was manipulated badly & treated like BARBARIANS & HOOLIGANS!! They don't care U are DOG or Human the Managers think themselves they are GOD rather they are not equivalent in education rather doesn't knew how to behave with an employeee.. After few days I came to know that the particular Manager has assigned a particular guy for the job, And was rejected at the interview then when a new educated guy joins under him he started behaving like a SCOUNDREL, COWARD, BARBARIAN and like a HOOLIGAN

Sun - Pharma (MAXIM DIVISION) (HOWRAH - HQ ) (Moxx-CV, Volini Maxx) Mr. KINGSHUK DAS (So called Manager) The manager saying a Fresher to give money from salary to STOCKIST for the Adjustments of SALES to meet the target on the First day of job! This is what happens when a BELOW POVERTY folk! Becomes a Manager!! The thing any employee coming from RANBAXY won't help u in work-culture like Sun - Pharma right!! Being a student of Pharmacy it's not ACCEPTABLE from a No.1 MNC In Pharma in India whose real actual work culture is this!! I think they need to look for this HOOLIGANS & BARBARIANS so that the EDUCATED youth can learn and explore regarding the job and products!! AGAIN A REMINDER : KINGSHUK DAS (MAXIIM DIVISION) (HOWRAH HQ)

Work culture is worst in the pharmaceutical industry. I have worked experience of around one and half month in the Primaland (derma) division. They harrass every employee ( sales executive) , they misuse organisation resource. They force employee to come at 9 am daily and managers come after 12 pm and leave the field till 1:30 pm. Instead of field work . They call in night after 11 pm to ask the data on mail which is useless. And ABM always abuse to employees.now they ask money from the employees (sales executive) to achieve the target.

...rk, I worked here for 5 years, it was my first and last pharmacuetical company.. The salary growth in company is awesome but depend on your performance..

I was 3 years continue star performer but i didn't got the transfer a huge loss I beared because of this, but the company always refused my transfer...

Good to work, friendly staff are there & manager also very cooperative person. Company give Bonus every year.I am satisfied with this job.

But according to my work skills,my salary is not correct. Only for this salary problem,i am not expecting any good career or future

Nothing.... Pay scale is much less..it is difficult to survive in Gurgaon with this much less package ... More than 30% employees try to switch jobs

Company don't even provide food to the employees not the travelling facility, no function celebrations, no appreciation to the employee, not much salary hike. Employees are like workers
