Management slightly needs to improvement @ ground level. Superiors thinking they are the MD of Organisation. Good work always no recognition. No promotion chances.

Taking care to its workers. Rationalized our target due to pandemic situations. No salary cut. Given regular bonus and increment almost same as usual. Great Indian company to work with.
