Seniors are Showing them as a Chairman of The Company and They are created Fear Environment Around us.

Nothing... Company don't even celebrate function, no appraisal to employees, pay scale is much less that difficult to survive in Gurgaon,pollution is high in city... Even road to company is also muddy

Company don't provide any salary benifit, not provide food, not provide travelling facility, even late night working to employees but no appreciation, employees are treated as worker

Its not at all employee centric Organization 9 hours punch in punch out system if you get late you will loose salary (if they will give you one holiday then they will call you over Saturday to compensate like recently they gave holiday for Voting) No hybrid working even for emergencies Internal politics No SOP so no proper responsibility assigned to people
